 After checking back with the tp-salut devs it looks like the behavior
 pidgin shows is not what the spec says. Doing so anyway will annoy pidgin
 users, as they are informed that the other user closed the window all the
 time (which is not even true)

 Are those notifications optional? If no, they should...
