 I cannot send a file to a V7 user. Does anyone know why this is?

 I can send a file to a V6 and a V8 user. Just cannot send to any V7 user
 (nothing happens in the V7 side). I tried from a V6 & V7 client as the
 same yahoo user on another PC. Any ideas?
