 Dragging buddies from the buddy list into a chatroom should invite them
 (if it isn't at the moment that is something that should probably be
 fixed) dragging a tab onto another tab should not create a chat and invite
 people into it, that would get incredibly annoying when trying to
 reorganize the tabs in a window. And dragging a tab into the conversation
 area shouldn't do it either because that is just likely to cause
 confusion. A tab is not a buddy, a tab is an indicator of a conversation.
 It might make sense to have dragging from the infopane do it, but that
 doesn't help much since you wouldn't be able to have both tabs active at
 once with only one window.
