 (In [5fc66358cde858aca7728721cb177c53739f524b]) Group all NAME_IN_USE
 errors together into one neat mini-dialog on the buddy
 list, with a Re-enable button to re-enable all the accounts that were
 knocked
 offline, and an Ignore button to dismiss the mini-dialog.
