 with pidgin 2.2.2 MSN offline messages are not received.  But logging in
 MSN messenger I receive all the old offline messages.

 It also seems the reverse is true I cannot send to offline users using
 MSN-pidgin, unless I use offline emulation. Which is nnoying as both users
 need to be online to for it to work.
