 It would be useful to mark a chatroom for "auto rejoining" (trying to
 rejoin the room after chatroom disconnections for various reasons,
 including #2896), similar to what Pidgin does for normal IM accounts
 (trying to sign in after disconnects).

 This is different than the "Auto Join" option for chat rooms -- "Auto
 Join" work only upon IM account sign in.

 Perhaps a separate plugin to control re-joining options would be more
 suited.
