 I am having trouble reproducing this.  I logged on with YIM, updated two
 contacts to have identical First, Middle and Last names (no Nickname), and
 then logged in to Pidgin and can see both contacts listed.  I hover over
 each one and can see their unique yahooid.
 I notice you refer to First, Second and Third name where my YIM has First,
 Middle and Last name.  This may be a regionalization issue.  What
 language/region version of YIM are you using?
