 Things to do:

  * Update blocklist when adding buddies (already do when deleting
 buddies). Protocol mostly reversed.
  * Integrate \blocklist command with libpurple's privacy functions.
  * Make account options 'show only to list', 'offline message mode', and
 if no other place to put it, the privacy mode.
