 I can't guarantee anything, but I do know this works currently in ICQ
 (where the spammers are second annoying to Yahoo). BTW, this option
 (ignore) existed in the old gaim popup window interface , where you had an
 upper X button (close) that i think did nothing as well.

 If needed, I can make this an ICQ only version (i.e. make the change in
 the "deny" of the ICQ protocols only), but this seems like a pesky issue
 that should be handled somehow.
