 I am not entirely sure if this belongs here - but I have been using the
 MSNP14 branch of monotone for some time, and am surprised that it cannot
 receive offline messages. Is this something that is not actually specified
 in this protocol, or that pidgin will not implement? Or has it been
 overlooked.
