 You can use the List Handler plugin from the Purple Plugin Pack to copy an
 account's buddy list to another account of the same protocol, and you can
 both export and import AIM's .blt file format.  There is also a custom XML
 format implemented for this purpose.  Support for libpurple's blist.xml
 file is in development, but won't be done until after the release of
 Pidgin 2.2.0.
