 There is something wrong with the way the chat window toolbar is packed. I
 had a look into the source but with ~10.000 loc chances are very slim that
 I can find the problem...

 Have a look at the screenshot. The items in the toolbar have a different
 background than the rest of the toolbar (to the right)
