Comment:

 Trac was acting up and as I searched for users to match names and email
 addresses against previous submitters, it was telling me all sorts of
 accounts did not exist.  It took me a while to notice the bad reports.  It
 turns out that only one of the translation submissions I looked at
 yesterday actually came from someone who had deleted his/her account after
 submitting.

 I tried to go back and grab all the translations I'd closed based on the
 wrong information, but looking at the history on this ticket, it appears I
 missed it.
