 I'm using Pidgin 2.2.0 (compiled from source) on my Ubuntu 7.04 Feisty
 Fawn i686 GNU/Linux..

 When I click the Join button, nothing happens at all. I've tried joining
 several rooms just to make sure I am not joining an already full room. The
 debug window has nothing to say when I click Join.

 The problem is reproducible. I am open to further investigations.
