 Okay... I have recompiled with --enable-debug, and get this:

 Last few debug messages:

 The last email that I have hashed out often comes up with a message
 saying: this is on the local list, but not on the server list. I am unsure
 if this is related.
 Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.

 The backtrace does not provide any more information than last time.
