 The file location should be the same in Vista.

 The global pango.aliases will be in `C:\Program Files\Common
 Files\GTK\2.0\etc\pango`.

 Your local `.pango.aliases` should go in `%USERPROFILE%` (you can type
 that in the explorer address bar to take you to the right place.
