 If the desired fix is to cause 3 flashes and remain highlighted then no,
 as of 2.2.0 the problem has not been fixed.  Alternately if the desired
 fix intended to cause continuous blinking to occur indefinitely then also
 as of 2.2.0 the problem has not been fixed.

 On some occasions the highlight does remain indefinitely but the majority
 of the time the highlight goes away after a few seconds.
