 (In [60c1ae856c10cfcb75590f268816616e8a005aa1]) Change the MSN Contacts
 server from omega.contacts.msn.com to contacts.msn.com. Thanks to Masca
 and proton for spotting the problem and suggesting the fix. Fixes #3193
