 I cannot receive a MSN invitation to take me to the encarta application.
 Also when I receive a url and click on it I get the error "windows cannot
 find "http://messenger.msn.com/download/". Make sure you typed the name
 correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start
 button, and then click search." The browser window does open with the url.
 However the error continues to occur.
