 I can't find the plugin to download because:

 . When I go to the download section of the URL provided, the plugin isn't
 listed
 . The page for the plugin says it's included in "pluginpack," but I
 downloaded "pluginpack" and when I open the "plugins" dialog in Pidgin,
 the plugin "groupmsg" isn't listed

 How do I find/download/activate the plugin?
