Comment:

 (In [9c6a035630926fd407c6bee96f297147920c7365]) Fix #2426 - Switching from
 XMPP to Google Talk in the Add Account dialog doesn't work. I don't think
 this was a useful check, I don't think it should ever be hit legitimately.
