Comment:

 Does this still happen for you with Pidgin 2.2.0?  How frequently does it
 happen?  Every time you message someone?  Is it always the same people?
 Do they get kicked offline occasionally even if you're NOT messaging them?
 I don't see how Pidgin could possibly be causing this, especially
 considering this is the only time I've ever heard someone report this, and
 we have a lot of users.  It seems like it might just be coincidence to me.
