 pidgin_accounts_request_close() doesn't do anything when asked to close
 the auth. request.

 I think this is going to need an API change to work correctly - we need a
 "close" cb to purple_account_request_authorization() that will clean up
 the data without doing anything else.

 I can fix pidgin to remove the auth requests, but that will leak until
 libpurple can be told to clean them up.
