 In FAQ said that "In either case, the file must be smaller than 4KB to
 work on AIM and XMPP." But below "XMPP (including Google Talk)   32x32 to
 96x96  png, gif, jpeg  8191 bytes (one byte short of 8.0KB)". This
 confuse.

 Also for png files XMPP accept 7KB images (looked like restrict 8KB), but
 for gif it reject 4.9KB images (looked like old restrict for 4KB).
