 While the New... dialog does let people set per-account status messages it
 isn't quite the same as the buddy icon overrides. The current status
 system doesn't make per-account status overrides of this sort easy, but it
 does make them possible (a plugin could ensure that only 'good' statuses
 get set for any given account for example).
