 When sending special characters like an arrow bracket or quotation marks
 to a Miranda user (didn't had the chance to test it with other clients)
 they receive as HTML there. For e.g. "& l t ; q u o a t e & g t ;" when
 sending a quotation mark. This happens with at least ICQ and Jabber
 transports.

 I'm not too sure whether this is a problem with Miranda or with Pidgin,
 but it started happening when 2.4.1 was installed on my system and there
 is no option to disable HTML-text or something...
