 Always when I receive a file (Pidgin 2.4.1 on Windows, and this occured on
 previous versions too), the window "Save File..." doesn't have it's entity
 in the task bar. This could be just fine, if it wouldn't outside of the
 visible area of my monitor appear when I press the "Accept" button when
 prompted to choose to accept the file transfer or not.

 If it would be a normal window, I could move it around by dragging it from
 its title bar, or right-clicking it on the task bar > Move.

 But the problem is I can't, and almost all transfer windows happen with
 this behavior.

 Is this a normal behavior? Or is it a bug?
