Comment:

 1. There is no reason to open a new ticket![[BR]]
 2. Paltalk was as far as i remember never included in the pidgin core.
 There was a plugin for gaim (Google...) and as rekkanoryo said, you can
 contact the developer of that plugin to port the plugin to the current
 version of libpurple.
