 In the Windows Live Messenger client, there's a location to "Share a
 personal message with your contacts" which is useful as we can use this,
 for example, to let our contacts know where we are (onsite, in the office,
 at a conference, etc).

 Having this feature also replicated in the Pidgin client would be great as
 it would mean we don't need to also keep the WLM client on the machine and
 log into it, change this message, then log back into Pidgin.
