 Hoi :)

 Why do you want to know that some accounts are not signed on when looking
 at the tray icon?
 I don't really see a use case for this right now. What if someone doesn't
 want all accounts enabled at the same time (like I do, and I think a lot
 of people with me, the "saved status" feature also allows you to turn
 account on/off quickly)? That person can not see if his status is
 available, away, or busy by looking at the tray, simply because the
 "partially connected" icon will always be there.

 Also if you want this behaviour by plugin I'd suggest changing the
 suggested icon, because people that are colorblind will have a hard time
 to distinct between the current offline icon and the "partially offline"
 icon.
