#6631: New message graphic gets cut off

 When you get a new message, the graphic that appears at the top of the
 buddy window, gets cut off, it doesn't fit.

 BTW is there any chance that you guys are putting icons on every pidgin
 function? Like when you click on tools and you have budy pounce,
 certificates, privacy without any icons. If they had their own icons it
 would make pidgin look even nicer!
