 When setting up an account, the first thing you are invited to select is
 the "Protocol". I expect that many potential users -- even people who
 know, for example, that Windows Live Messenger and Yahoo Messenger both
 exist -- will not know what a "protocol" is. This may lead them to ignore
 the menu when they shouldn't.

 I suggest renaming this menu to "Account type".
