 The desktop notifications doesn't work with Pidgin 2.5.0! The pop-up
 bubble does not appears when a contact connects or is disconnected. This
 plug-in was working with the version 2.4 .. I try to install the pidgin-
 libnotify library and doesn't work at all. The library installs without
 problems but when I open the program I don't have any option to run this
 plugin.
 Help please!
