 I have 'flash window on incomming Im' turned off, and I have 'blink on new
 messages unchecked' however if I have an IRC window open it will blink
 like crazy if I try to alt-tab to anything else. I'd like to minimize that
 window and come back later without it blinking all the time, is this
 possible? Or with the settings that I have is it bugging out? Otherwise,
 thanks for the great chatter box. :)
