 This is a crucial feature. Why does it not yet exist even in version 2.5?

 All this talk about "invisible property" and gtk+ 2.8 is meaningless to
 non-developers. If there is a way to accomplish this feature already,
 please specify it here step by step. (I use Pidgin 2.5 on Windows XP, with
 [according to the About menu option] GTK 2.12.8.) If not, I cannot more
 strongly emphasize its need for inclusion. I do hope I'm not insulting
 anyone's talent by saying this since I only code in PHP, but it sure
 doesn't ''seem'' like this would be difficult to implement. Thank you!
