 I have Pidgin running in my tray all day. However, just looking at the
 tray icon can't tell me who is on. In order to see who is on, I have to
 double-click it, and then close it again if no one is on.

 It would be a lot easier to manage my buddies if all I had to do was
 mouse-over the tray icon, and then a graphical tooltip would pop up
 showing a compressed Buddy List. Then, if I didn't want to IM anyone, all
 I'd have to do was move my mouse off the tray icon.

 Is this possible?
