 Giving focus to the screenname field by default will likely cause users to
 enter the name, then realize the wrong service is selected, change it and
 having to reenter the screenname (because the fields in the dialog are
 reset when the service is changed).

 I like deryni's suggestion to move focus to the screenname field after an
 'unused' keystroke, somewhat like the patch in
 http://pidgin.im/nopaste/136
