 I think the words "user" and "options" are both so overused, in software
 in general, that the "User Options" categorization doesn't really help
 here. (It might almost be "Miscellaneous".)

 I've made [http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=549729 a request for
 GTK] to include a smart ellipsization scheme that would ensure distinct
 text was displayed whenever possible (because it would be useful in many
 programs, not just in Pidgin's Accounts menu).
