 Simple fix... That should take care of it. Moved the
 purple_connection_set_display_name call from msim_is_username_set to
 msim_we_are_logged_on since it doesnt matter before that function. Also
 set session->username in user.c after we receive the confirmation packet
 that the username is indeed set for the function to use.
