 Have a look at the entry field "Screen Name" while entering your account
 data for e.g. ICQ; It is very ambiguous. I have seen many people entering
 their Nickname and wondering why they can't log in to ICQ. They are
 helpless without additional information on what to do.

 There would be some ways to solve this:

   * Leave field "screen name" (in german it's only "user" - which is very
 ambiguous too, especially in case of ICQ) and give a hint that one has to
 enter UIN and not the nickname when alphabetical characters are detected

   * Change "Screen name" to "ICQ number (UIN)" or something similar

   * Give user the possibility to search for his/her UIN (many don't know
 their own) by criteria like nickname, age, location (sim client and
 icq.com offers such ability)
