 If jou want a temporaray, but quick solution, you can downgrade your GTK+
 (I used the old one from my last Pidgin Portable build) so you can use the
 newest version of Pidgin. That's what I did and it works fine. :)

 Btw, I'm using Win XP SP2, too. And, don't know if this is important, but
 I use the Portable edition by portableapps.com.
