 After updating to Pidgin 2.4.0 (Windows) with integrated gtk-
 runtime-2.12.8-rev-a big problem become - russian messages from ICQ login
 falied like: x4;=x4;5 (Произошла ошибка при приёме этого сообщения. Либо
 у вас и xxx выбраны разные кодировки, либо клиент xxx содержит ошибки.)

 Error message is wrong. At this moment - my messages other people recive
 success (other clients); and there NO problem with jabber (messages
 recieved OK).

 After trying some steps, I consider that problem become with new gtk-
 runtime-2.12.8-rev-a, and no problem with previouse version gtk-
 runtime-2.12.1-rev-b.
 (previouse version of pidgin 2.3.1 also work bad with new GTK)

 Not sure that this problem with Pidgin, but only GTK, so check it if you
 can (otherwise - it is CRITICAL for people that can't understand what
 wrong - because you deliver Pidgin for windows with integrated GTK-runtime
 that seening like broken...)
