 Prior to version 2.4.0 for Windows I could resize the text input area of
 my IM window to my hearts content, but now it seems to be a static height.

 What is this? Is this some new functionality or is this a bug? If its
 functionality, what purpose does it serve?

 Can you please bring it back?
