 When running Pidgin 2.4 in Windows (XP), if you have an instance running
 (minimized to the system tray) and attempt to open Pidgin again (via a
 quick launch program like Launchy ([http://www.launchy.net/])), it errors,
 saying "An instance of Pidgin is already running". In version 2.0 it would
 simply open the buddy list window from the system tray.
