 I'm going back to 2.3.1 because I feel claustrophobic trying to type into
 that tiny little box.

 It bothered me enough that I registered on here to complain.

 I think Pidgin is wonderful and I appreciate the developers' hard work,
 but I feel this "feature" was a mistake. Please let us resize our own
 input boxes again. I like mine huge, and no, I do not use Pidgin for
 writing code or emails. Surely there are other things the usability folks
 can improve.
