 New to 2.4.0, it is no longer possible to create multiple xmpp accounts
 where the screenname and the domain are the same. (Using a different
 resource and/or connect server does still not allow the second account to
 be created).

 The error message seen is:
 unable to save new account
 An account already exists with the specified criteria
