Changes (by datallah):

  * component:  unclassified => winpidgin (gtk)

Comment:

 If you were using GTK+ 2.12.1 rev b. or higher with the MS-Windows GTK+
 theme (which is the default), the beeping would not occur.

 For other themes, you need to change the setting in your gtkrc file as
 mentioned above.
