 That's right. :)


 The Voice Clips are a standard feature of the Live Messenger. Messenger
 Plus! Live Sounds are sound files which can be played through the
 messenger. Example:
 User A and B.

 User A selects the file lolinternet.wav from his PC, imports it to
 Messenger Plus! Live.
 User A now selects the entry lolinternet.wav in the conversation window to
 play it.
 User B doesn't have that sound, so a sound download is triggered. After
 User B got the file, it is either automatically or manually played.
