 After a crash it is really difficult to connect to ICQ.
 First I get 3 or 4 time an "unknown error" and then i get "you have to
 often connect to ICQ-Servee. Please wait 10 minutes"
 After waiting 5 minutes i tried "reactivat" and then it works.

 This is in a way similar to #4992 but for me this only happen after a
 crash.
