 Currently if I queue a bunch of messages for pounce when a contact is not
 online, and the user comes back in "Do Not Disturb" mode, the messages are
 sent and I receive a response that they could not be delivered.  So now I
 have to keep checking and wait for the do not disturb to go away before I
 try to re-send my messages.

 It would be better if pounce would not try to send the saved messages
 until the user is out of "Do Not Disturb" mode.

 Similarly, it would be great if I could create some new pounce messages
 for a contact that is already in "Do Not Disturb" mode.
